Red Dragon Guitars accepts PayPal, Affirm, and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Orders can be placed through our website, Reverb store, or by contacting us at 336-200-4480 or email@example.com. International clients are encouraged to contact us prior to placing an order, as exclusions may apply.
For domestic shipments, we use UPS or FedEx ground. For international shipments, we use USPS or DHL ground. If you have special requests for shipping type, please contact us before placing an order. For international shipments, please be mindful that your country may assess import fees. We will process all orders efficiently and ship out the same day if ordered before 1PM EST.
Each product will ship fully insured with signature delivery. We will package all items with the upmost care and attention, generously padding each shipment to ensure safe delivery and protect against potential damage. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. This will aid in our ability to file a damage claim with the carrier.
All new purchases come with a 3 day window - starting from the time of delivery - to return the item(s) for a full refund. Please note this refund will not include the cost of shipping. To begin the return process, contact us for an authorization form. The item(s) must be in their original condition with the original packaging and accessories, if applicable. A restocking feel will be applied for all returns. All subsequent shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All new purchases come with a 10 day window - starting from the time of delivery - to exchange the item(s) for another in-store item at equal or lesser value. Desired exchange items at greater value will be considered so long as the difference is paid. To begin the exchange process, contact us for an authorization form. The item(s) must be in their original condition with the original packaging and accessories, if applicable. A restocking feel will be applied for all returns.
